| 1. | Please confirm your arrival date on your contract. |
| 2. | Clients need to fly into Kodiak (ADQ) 1 day prior to arrival date. |
| 3. | Clients may need to overnight at the Buskin Inn or Kodiak Inn SO THAT … • Clients must get taxi to Island Air seaplane base early in a.m. to obtain licenses and tags at local sporting goods store (if client has not already done so). • Clients may need to obtain brown bear permits from Fish & Game at 211 Mission Rd – Phone 486-1880 (if applicable). |
| 4. | Clients will depart for camp around 12 noon (hunting) or 8 a.m. (fishing) on charter prearranged by outfitter. |
| 5. | Clients will pay for the Island Air charter directly with cash, check, or credit card (approximately $650-950 round trip split with other passengers). |
| 6. | FISH or HUNT. |
| 7. | On departure day, hunting clients will depart camp around 1 p.m. and arrive in Kodiak around 2 p.m.; fishermen will depart at 8:30 a.m. and arrive in Kodiak around 9:30 a.m. Hunters may need to get bear sealed at Fish and Game (if applicable). |
